The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive our sales efforts, expand our client base, and play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious growth targets. This position is perfect for a strategic sales professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record in closing deals, and is excited about the opportunity to sell innovative solutions in the loyalty rewards sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with new and existing clients, building long-term partnerships.
  • Solution-Oriented Selling: Clearly articulate the value proposition of the Me Protocol and Me Marketplace rewards ecosystem, demonstrating how our technology can solve specific challenges faced by potential clients.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, utilizing insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using data to refine and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Record: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in marketing technology, CRM, or loyalty rewards.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Industry Knowledge: A keen understanding of the technology landscape and the potential impact of AI and blockchain on loyalty rewards.
  • Adaptable and Agile: Comfort with working in a rapidly evolving industry and the ability to pivot strategies in response to market changes.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is highly regarded.
